The concession has been explored and documented historically by fomer owner involving historical investments in exploration, resource estimate documentation, infrastructure and camp facilities.

PROJECT TSHIKAPA RIVER: PERMIT 665

The company has a contract with the owner of the license granting Africa Resources the right to produce diamonds from targets derived as a result of exploration carried out by Africa Resources on the riverbed. The license is located adjacent to above license 674 and contains diamonds. The license has produced large quantities of diamonds during periods based on dredging operations of the Tshikapa River. Experienced grades based on river bed gravel averaged 88 ct/ton during an independently monitored and verified dredging operation in 2012.

Africa Resources has, in addition, a 20% profit share of diamonds produced by the local partner on targets identified by Africa Resources exploration activities.

License in summary:

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

BEING RESPONSIBLE ACCORDING TO AFRICA RESOURCES

The company is convinced that the best way to help and contribute to the local communities, and to the underdeveloped areas of operations in Africa in general, is to create and provide work for local people. To create employment opportunities in areas where work is hard to find for local competence makes a difference. For real. Educate people to educate in their turn, colleagues, neighbours. relatives etc is a big step forward towards human development. That is in many cases what these areas lack. People need to feel responsible and important in creating their own future. Paying salaries to local employees resulting in a possibility to support for their families develops the human to feel important and responsible. To provide capital in the local economy is the best way to help people and the communities in which Africa Resources is operating.

Africa Resources is working with local people, local management, aiming to nurture the local development and local drive. This is important for the people involved in Afrcia Resources.
